I stay fit and healthy by keeping my daily sugar down. Its easier to eat less sugar than to run a 10k every day. So I was looking around for anything to give me a little energy boost without being overlogged with sugars. KZN was a godsend! It has no taste, no sugar, no unnecessary extras but with the same amount of caffeine as a typical espresso. I don't see why more companies are doing it, for the people who want that caffeine boost in their day without anything else. They've found a repeat customer with me!

As a mountaneer, fitness and health is very important to me. If you need a genuinely healthy 'pick me up' (and don't want to put all the nasty processed junk in your body associated with all the big brand energy drinks) then KZN is for you. The best thing about it is it's water (but tastes like the nicest water you've ever had!) So you're hydrating aswell! I also don't get that horrible 'anxious' feeling from the synthetic caffeine in the standard drinks. 5* Game Changer from me!
